Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  •  Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers using CRM tools.
  • 2. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstration

  •  Conduct sales presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs.
  •  Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
  • 3. Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the point of contact for client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • 4. Sales Target Achievement

  •  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  •  Monitor personal performance against KPIs and take proactive measures to improve results.
  • 5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  •  Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  •  Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and product performance.
  • 6. Sales Reporting & Documentation

  •  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  •  Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • 7. Collaboration & Coordination

  •  Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  •  Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience in sales 
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  •  Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  •  Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
