Job Description Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients. Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers using CRM tools.
Conduct sales presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the point of contact for client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Monitor personal performance against KPIs and take proactive measures to improve results.
Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity. Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and product performance.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning.
Proven experience in sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
