Job Description

The Business Development Officer (BDO) plays a front-line sales role in driving the adoption of CTOS’s proprietary risk management solutions among business users. This position is highly sales-driven, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, revenue generation, and pipeline growth. Success in this role is measured by the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, relationship-building, and deal conversion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote the use of CTOS’s proprietary risk management solutions among business users.
  • Focus on customer acquisition and expose yourself to business owners and entrepreneurs across a wide range of industry sectors.
  • Receive ample training and guidance to hone your client engagement and selling skills.
