Job Description
The Business Development Officer for Franchising and Site Location is responsible for driving the company’s growth through franchise expansion and the identification of strategic store locations. The role involves franchise recruitment, evaluation of potential franchise partners, site scouting, and ensuring the chosen locations meet operational, financial, and brand standards.
A. FRANCHISE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Identify and attract potential franchisees through marketing campaigns, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with interested applicants to discuss franchise packages, processes, and requirements.
- Evaluate franchise applicants’ qualifications, financial capacity, and business suitability.
- Develop and implement franchise expansion plans and target area mapping.
