Responsibilities
- Lead identification and acquisition to secure strategic partnerships in the insurance & superannuation sectors.
- Design innovative strategies to enhance Kwik.insure’s market presence and customer base.
- Undertake competitor analysis and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements aligning with company metrics.
- Measure and report on the success of business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Strong understanding of B2B operations, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; highly analytical with a data-driven decision-making approach.
