About the Role


We are looking for a high-impact Business Development & Partner Acquisition Lead to lead our national franchise acquisition charter. This leader will drive 100+ new franchise partnerships in the next financial year, supported by a multi-layered team across regions .


We’re seeking an individual who is:

  • exceptional at business development and deal-making,
  • equally strong at scaling outputs through a structured, high-performance sales organisation, and driven by hunger, ownership, and ambitious outcomes.
  • This is a role for someone who can lead from the front , build predictable pipelines, and bring process excellence to a rapidly scaling function.


Key Responsibilities

1. Drive High-Volume Franchise Partner Acquisition

  • Deliver 100+ new franchise acquisitions annually across existing and new markets.
  • Build a predictable, metrics-driven sales engine with tight funnel governance.


2. Lead and Scale a Multi-Layered Sales Team

  • Manage and mentor regional heads, city-level teams, and inside sales pods .
  • Drive consistent performance via structured reviews, playbooks, and KPIs.
  • Build a high-energy, high-accountability sales culture.


3. Build a Strong Sales Process & Pipeline Discipline

  • Own end-to-end funnel design, forecasting accuracy, and territory planning.
  • Ensure disciplined weekly sales rhythms and strong pipeline hygiene.
  • Institutionalise systems and processes that drive predictability.


4. Lead Expansion into New Territories

  • Evaluate and launch new geographies with a data- and demand-led approach.
  • Drive rapid market entry and partner acquisition with cross-functional support.


5. Engage High-Stakes Partners

  • Build trust with business owners, UHNIs, family offices, and multi-unit operators .
  • Personally lead and close strategically important or complex deals.
  • Serve as the senior relationship anchor for marquee partners.


6. Lead by Doing

  • Model world-class business development skills—be the leader the team looks up to.
  • Stay deeply engaged with the field and coach teams through live deals.
  • Balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.



Experience

  • 7–10 years in sales / business development leadership roles.
  • Proven success managing multi-layered, field-heavy sales teams with aggressive targets.
  • Backgrounds that fit well include:
  • Retail expansion / franchise development
  • B2B SaaS sales leadership
  • High-velocity field sales organisations
  • Distribution of investment products to business owners / UHNI segments
