Business Development

We're a growing digital marketing agency working with SMEs in Singapore.

We're looking for someone who enjoys business conversations, relationship-building, and closing deals, and wants to earn uncapped recurring monthly income instead of a fixed salary ceiling.

This is not a traditional salaried role.
There is a small monthly allowance, and the main upside comes from long-term commissions on the clients you bring in.

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying and reaching out to SME owners and decision-makers
• Qualifying prospects to understand their business needs and challenges
• Introducing our digital marketing solutions clearly and confidently
• Setting up and handling sales conversations (calls, meetings, follow-ups)
• Building trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Closing deals and onboarding new clients into the agency
