Job Description

Job Purpose:
To become a key member of the Cellcoat brand team as a sales professional with the ability to generate high-value leads for major laminating equipment and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline. You will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying potential leads and, essentially, managing the sales process to ensure the Founder’s technical expertise is converted into closed deals through relentless follow-up and rigorous CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Strategy: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and engage prospects within target manufacturing industries.
  • Pipedrive Management: Take full ownership of Pipedrive, ensuring every lead, contact, and deal stage is recorded accurately and updated in real-time.
