Job Description:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers

• Generate product enquiries, prepare and submit quotations, and track enquiries/orders

• Coordinate with internal teams for order booking (SAP), production planning, dispatch, and after-sales service

• Ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction

• Follow up on advance payments and outstanding receivables

• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, MIS, and sales plans to management

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends

• Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, DSMs, and channel partners

• Design and implement distributor, retailer, and electrician incentive schemes
