Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, people-oriented Marketing Specialist to help grow our HVAC business by building relationships with local professionals and creating engaging social media content.

What You’ll Do:

  • Visit 8–12 local businesses daily to build referral relationships
  • Post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Attend networking groups and community events
  • Brainstorm and deliver fun promotional ideas
  • Track referrals and follow up with partners
