Job Description

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for growing Cornerstone’s prospect pipeline, generating leads, and identifying sales opportunities for an industry-leading on-demand web-based talent management software solution. BDAs divide their time on the telephone prospecting and identifying potential opportunities, and qualifying inbound leads generated by marketing. Due to time zone differences of up to 3 hours, the BDA will need to manage a flexible schedule that provides availability to prospects across their territories, as necessary.



This position will be based in territory. It will report to the BD Manager and work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams. Success in this role may provide a host of additional opportunities for growth and career progression.
