Business Development Representative

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Sell to and expand our service offerings with existing and new clients in our target markets of Insurance Companies, Law Firms and Manufacturers
  • Responsible for increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing and closing new business
  • Manage multiple client relationships and engagements including addressing any client issues
  • Develop and solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships
  • Proactively seek new clients that align with our target customer profiles
  • Attend industry trade shows and seminars
  • Assist with integrating diverse personalities in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that results in new client revenues
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers of targeted prospects
