Overview

Cizzle Brands is seeking a Business Development Representative, responsible for generating new revenue for the manufacturing plant by identifying, pursuing, and securing new customers. Owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through quoting, negotiation, and contract close, working closely with Operations, Quality, and Finance to ensure opportunities align with plant capabilities and profitability targets.

Key Objectives

  • Grow plant revenue through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned to plant capabilities and capacity.
  • Secure profitable agreements that support utilization, margin targets, and long-term partnerships.
