Your Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, and implement creative prospecting strategies.
• Qualification: Identify prospect needs and book qualified meetings for the Account Executives (AEs)
• Hit & Exceed KPIs: Drive performance across key metrics, including number of qualified meetings, conversion rates and sequence efficiency.
• Innovation: Constantly find new ways to generate high-quality leads

The Ideal Profile

• Eager to learn: High energy, resilient, and extremely comfortable with verbal communication
• Analytical: Able to analyze and optimize your lead pipeline
• Tech-savvy: Proficient with CRM and Sales tools
• Language: English (Full professional proficiency / Mother-tongue level)
