Business Development Representative (BDR)

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience + uncapped variable

Location: Hybrid in Madrid (1-2 days onsite/week)

Contract: Permanent

Start: Immediate

We are Dreamshot. Our AI generates product images indistinguishable from a real photoshoot. We work with Kia, Toyota, Ecoalf, and OK Mobility. Team of 4 and growing fast. We are looking for someone with a hunter mindset to help us open the market.

The Role

This role is 100% outbound. You won’t manage inbound leads. You’ll create them.

As a BDR you will:

  • Open doors at companies that don’t know us yet
  • Be the first voice explaining how Dreamshot can change how they create content
  • Master prospecting: emails, LinkedIn, calls, events
  • Book qualified meetings with marketing directors, creatives, and ecommerce leads
