Location: Gurgaon About the Role: Leegality is transforming how stamp papers are issued in India. Today, millions of legal and financial documentsloan agreements, affidavits, bonds, and guaranteesstill rely on physical stamp paper. This legacy process creates delays and operational inefficiencies at scale. Leegality is working with state governments across India to enable digital issuance of legally valid stamp papers, allowing businesses to generate stamp papers instantly and securely. As a Government Partnerships Executive, you will work directly with state governments to obtain the regulatory approvals required for Leegalitys digital stamp services across India. Key Responsibilities: Engage with senior officials across Revenue, Finance, and Registration departments Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including IAS officers at senior levels Navigate multi-departmental approval processes with long and complex timelines Travel to state capitals for meetings with government stakeholders Maintain detailed records of discussions, approvals, and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams to prepare state-specific documentation and proposals Represent Leegality in discussions with government authorities You will work closely with a small, focused team to plan outreach, manage timelines, and drive approvals. Requirements: 13 years of experience in business development, field sales, or external stakeholder management Fluency in Hindi and English Willingness to travel extensively across India Strong follow-up, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in environments with ambiguity and long decision cycles Good to Have: Experience working with or engaging government departments Knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, etc.) Based in Gurgaon or open to relocation What This Role Is Not: Not a sales or cold-calling role No monthly targets or quotas Success is measured by long-term impactrelationships built and approvals secured Recruitment Process: Our hiring process combines AI-powered evaluations with structured interviews to ensure a fair and seamless experience.
