We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Business Development Representative to own outbound revenue generation from day one. This is a senior, plug-and-play role for someone who can independently run outbound prospecting, engage directly with founders and senior operators, and consistently book high-quality meetings.
This is not a volume-driven, junior outreach role. You will have ownership, autonomy, and direct impact on revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns including:
- Cold email
- LinkedIn outreach
- Light calling as required
- Source and target high-quality prospects aligned with ideal customer profiles
Target Personas
- Founders / CEOs
- COOs
- RevOps Leaders
- Customer Experience / Support Heads
Messaging & Qualification
- Write, test, and continuously improve outbound messaging
- Handle first responses and qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Identify strong-fit opportunities and disqualify early where needed
Meeting & Pipeline Management
- Book qualified meetings directly on the founder’s calendar
- Maintain accurate and clean CRM records
- Share concise weekly updates on outreach performance and learnings
What “Plug-and-Play” Means

- Source leads independently
- Write effective cold emails and LinkedIn messages
- Manage outbound tools and sequences
- Qualify prospects through first conversations
- Book meetings without constant supervision
- Self-manage daily activity and priorities
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or Lead Generation Specialist
- Proven outbound B2B experience (SaaS or services preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with US-based founders and senior operators
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, Lusha
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- HubSpot or Salesforce
- Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead
Nice-to-Have (Strong Plus)
- Experience selling offshore teams or services
- Exposure to SaaS services, RevOps, CX, or Operations solutions
- Experience working in early-stage startups
- Direct experience working closely with founders
Success Metrics (First 90 Days)
- 8–12 qualified meetings booked per month
- 8–12% positive reply rate
- 1–3% meeting booking rate
- A repeatable and scalable outbound engine in place
