**Role Overview**:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) specialising in cold calling, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified meetings with potential clients through high-volume outbound calling.
You will work leadership-level prospects (V- and C-level executives) across industries. Success in this role requires resilience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to deliver tailored messaging over the phone.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Schedule 1-2 qualified meetings per day with Account Executives (AEs), ensuring a smooth handoff with detailed prospect notes.
- Handle objections with confidence using frameworks like Challenger and SPIN selling techniques.
