Job Description
NeoWork is looking for a driven and adaptable Business Development Representative to support outbound sales efforts for a company in the sustainability and foodservice solutions space.
In this role, you will focus on high-volume outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. You will engage decision-makers and senior leaders across institutions such as colleges, universities, healthcare systems, and senior living communities. Your goal is to generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team.
This position requires strong prospecting skills, confidence in outbound outreach, and the ability to test and refine messaging based on results. You will work closely with the sales team and receive ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ramp up quickly and improve over time.
