Role overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new client relationships for our executive recruitment services, with a focus on C‑suite and senior leadership searches. The role is based in India but operates on U.S. Eastern Time (EST) to effectively engage North American clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and research target organizations and decision‑makers (C‑suite, HR, talent acquisition, and business line leaders) that can benefit from executive search solutions.
  • Proactively generate new business via outbound outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn/social selling, and networking.
