Founded by an ex-Amazon manager and an ETH Zurich software engineer, we focus on production-grade AI systems. The product is live, handling thousands of real patient calls, and scaling to new customers every week.

The role.

We are looking for a Founding Go-to-Market to take real ownership of our commercial engine and revenue streams.

• You’ll work at the intersection of sales, growth, and applied AI, designing and scaling how HelloSmile acquires, qualifies, and converts customers.
• You’ll collaborate closely with founders, product, and customers, and your decisions will shape how we grow long-term.
• This is not a role with pre-defined playbooks or fixed processes. You’ll help decide how GTM works, not just execute tasks.
