Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients (prospects) in the target market.
  • Outbound Outreach: Make initial contact with prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) to ensure they are a good fit for the company's offerings.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule introductory calls or demos between qualified leads and the ISR/BDM sales team (Account Executives).
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions and lead stages within the CRM.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and ensure a smooth lead handoff process.
