Build the future of food with Club Feast
Club Feast is a fast-growing, venture-backed food-tech company rethinking how restaurants grow. We partner with high-quality local and minority-owned restaurants to power corporate catering and recurring meal programs across the U.S. — helping restaurants scale revenue in a sustainable way.
As we expand, we’re looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Representative who can confidently engage restaurant owners, communicate value, and help build long-term partnerships.

This role combines outbound sales, negotiation, relationship-building, and operational exposure — ideal for someone early in their career with strong commercial instincts.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and reach out to restaurant owners via outbound calling
- Clearly and persuasively present Club Feast’s value proposition
- Negotiate and onboard restaurant partners aligned with our platform
- Qualify leads based on operational fit, cuisine, and growth potential
- Manage your pipeline and activity in HubSpot
- Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and leadership to ensure successful launches
- Gain hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing startup scales partnerships
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-ups
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
- MBA required
- Experience in hospitality, food, marketplaces, or startups is a plus
- Able to work independently in a fully remote role aligned with U.S. business hours
Why Club Feast
- Work directly with senior leadership , including the COO
- Meaningful ownership and visibility from day one
- Exposure to sales, operations, and strategy — not a siloed role
- A collaborative, international team with high standards
- Competitive compensation with room for growth as the company scales
- A mission-driven company supporting restaurant sustainability
