Business Development Representative (BDR) – Restaurant Partnerships Build the future of food with Club Feast Club Feast is a fast-growing, venture-backed food-tech company rethinking how restaurants grow. We partner with high-quality local and minority-owned restaurants to power corporate catering and recurring meal programs across the U.S. — helping restaurants scale revenue in a sustainable way. As we expand, we’re looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Representative who can confidently engage restaurant owners, communicate value, and help build long-term partnerships. This is a role for someone who wants to learn the business end-to-end , work closely with leadership, and grow quickly in a high-impact environment. The Role As a BDR – Restaurant Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new restaurant partners while gaining exposure to multiple parts of the business. You’ll work closely with our COO and cross-functional teams , contributing directly to our expansion strategy. This role combines outbound sales, negotiation, relationship-building, and operational exposure — ideal for someone early in their career with strong commercial instincts. What You’ll Do Proactively identify and reach out to restaurant owners via outbound calling Clearly and persuasively present Club Feast’s value proposition Negotiate and onboard restaurant partners aligned with our platform Qualify leads based on operational fit, cuisine, and growth potential Manage your pipeline and activity in HubSpot Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and leadership to ensure successful launches Gain hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing startup scales partnerships What We’re Looking For 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles Strong communication and negotiation skills Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-ups Fluent in English (spoken and written) Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented MBA required Experience in hospitality, food, marketplaces, or startups is a plus Able to work independently in a fully remote role aligned with U.S. business hours Why Club Feast Work directly with senior leadership , including the COO Meaningful ownership and visibility from day one Exposure to sales, operations, and strategy — not a siloed role A collaborative, international team with high standards Competitive compensation with room for growth as the company scales A mission-driven company supporting restaurant sustainability
