Business Development Representative

Location: Mexico (remote) Role Summary: We are looking for a results-oriented BD Manager to develop and maintain relationships with partners and identifying new business opportunities. Job Responsibilities: Drive result-oriented partnership initiatives to accelerate CoinEx's growth across LATAM market. Onboard high-quality local KOLs, community leaders and influencers as ambassadors. Monitor & evaluate ambassador performance, understand their core needs, and develop strategies to achieve KPI goals. Stay updated on industry trends, understand competitor exchange ambassador programs (onboard requirements & incentives), and dynamically adjust expansion strategies. Job Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
