**What makes this role unique?**
The first six months will be 100% focused on training. You’ll be based in San Antonio, TX, learning alongside the US team to gain hands-on experience before transitioning to full responsibilities in Mexico.

We are looking a Business Development Representative, in this position you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and promoting cross-border logistics services for our customer.
- **Key responsibilities**_
- Identifying and developing potential accounts, including initiating contact, building relationships, and qualifying opportunities
- Facilitating the closing of Mexico cross-border account opportunities within an assigned geographic region
- Face to face, B2B promotion
- Traveling up to 50% for prospect meetings, customer meetings, and trade shows
