Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for presenting the aspects of the Oak Island Accommodations Management Program to new or existing prospective enrollees

  • Work directly with new owners to outline the details of the company's rental program

  • Cold call existing rental homeowners to sell them on the program

  • Work with area builders and businesses to promote Oak Island Accommodations in order to obtain new inventory

  • Attend community expos for new home builders

  • Answering inquiries regarding the program on company policies, procedures, services and enrollment

  • Completing and negotiating (when necessary) terms of paperwork for new or existing enrollment

  • Establishing a business relationship rooted in service, knowledge and experience

  • Educating owners on best practices to be a successful vacation rental homeowner
