An amazing opportunity exists to work with a leading Sustainable Home Builders Company as an experienced, vibrant, and high‑energy Business Development Representative based in the Philippines.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be a self‑starting, highly organised, and experienced Business Development Representative who will manage client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and support our sales efforts.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and pursue both inbound and outbound leads to promote subscription to the Academy App.
  • Develop a strategic partner channel to sell the Academy App.
  • Outbound pursue new franchisee builders to join our Company.
  • Follow up on all leads multiple times by phone and email to ensure conversion rates are optimised.
  • Accountable for hitting targets and KPIs.
  • Proactively design and execute new business activities to exceed KPIs.
  • Follow up and report on builder engagement with all leads as assigned by the territory.
  • Research markets in each coverage area to prospect and cold call.
  • Compile all sales data and notes in the CRM and maintain a consistent and healthy pipeline.
  • Process and file customer account documentation associated with the sales process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders and clients.
  • Show initiative to constantly improve personal knowledge of all product lines.
  • Communicate key information with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Maintain professional etiquette with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve business strategies and collaborate across the business, negotiating and winning new business or generating warm leads to pass off.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful client onboarding and implementation of our products/services.
  • Other tasks as required from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and business development roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Effective use of all communication tools including video calls, softphone, and email.
  • Punctuality and professionalism in all client and team engagements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with clients.
  • A strong proactive and results‑oriented mindset, with the ability to drive sales initiatives and exceed targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage client relationships and sales activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate efforts with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
  • Customer‑centric approach and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Experience with various software including HubSpot, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work‑from‑home position, it is a full‑time role with a fixed shift and a high level of professionalism and accountability. You will be expected to:

  • Work a disciplined and fixed shift (not flexible).
  • Use time‑tracking software during work hours.
  • Actively participate in team and client calls with your camera ON.
  • Maintain consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift.
  • Treat this as a long‑term, full‑time job—not a side gig or freelance task.

Payroll is processed bi‑monthly.

Benefits

  1. Monthly Salary: Php 35,000
  2. Salary will be paid bi‑monthly on the 15th and 30th (or 31st) of each month.
  3. Extra pay for overtime and Philippine public holidays.
  4. Probation: 6 months; after probation (details):
    • 10 days annual leave credits.
    • 5 days of sick leave.
  5. HMO offered after 6‑month probation.
  6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days.
  7. Annual salary review.
  8. Laptop provided after 30 days.
  9. Permanent work‑from‑home role; you will need to use your own internet.
  10. Shift times: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
