Business Development Representative (Commission-First | Remote)

CloseAbility is a fast-growing real estate platform helping licensed agents get more clients and close more deals.
We’re looking for performance-driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our outbound sales team and enroll agents onto our platform.

This Is a Commission-First Role

Base pay is intentionally low — the real money comes from commissions & performance bonuses

Uncapped earning potential — your income is tied directly to your results

If you can hustle, you can scale your income far beyond what hourly jobs can offer

What You’ll Do

• Call licensed real estate agents using a power dialer (leads provided)
• Follow a simple script to enroll agents or book them into meetings
• Track activity in our CRM & follow up with interested agents
• Hit weekly performance benchmarks
• Improve your close rate over time with our support & coaching

• Candidates from the Philippines will be prioritized
