About the role/team:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for handling leads from multiple sources and prospecting into new accounts. This position will have a direct impact on our success by setting sales meetings for a team of five Regional Sales Managers. The goal of a Business Development Representative is to qualify a lead through opportunity qualification and set a needs analysis call or online product demonstrations with anoutsidefield rep (RSM) based on our rules of engagement.
 
How you will make an impact:

  • Conduct a high volume of prospecting for qualified leads
  • Work closely and collaboratively with marketing and field sales representatives
  • Aggressively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound and inbound campaigns using telephone, email, and the web
