Job Description: About the role
As a BDR at Axxis you will be responsible for the first contact with prospects (inbound + outbound) and for generating high-quality, ICP-fit meetings for the AEs. You will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and account penetration using prospecting tools and having disciplined filling up the CRM.
Objective: Generate qualified pipeline for the AEs by converting inbound and outbound into ICP-fit meetings and sales-accepted opportunities, and pipeline best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience as BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS / technology(Must)
Proven track record of overachieving (meetings / pipeline targets)
Strong organization and CRM best practices
Comfortable working with remote teams and time zones
Fluent in English (Spanish and/or Arabic is a strong plus depending on region)
