Business Development Representative

We are seeking an ambitious BDR to join the Sidekick team.

The $100 billion residential real estate industry is powered by real estate agents and brokerages who are radically underserved by the existing, legacy software ecosystem. Sidekick, the AI-native operating system purpose built to help agents and brokerage drive efficiency and business growth, is creating a new category of transformative technology for real estate.

As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion, owning outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline. You’ll research target accounts, run cold email and cold calling sequences, qualify prospects, and set high-quality meetings for our sales team. This is a high-impact role that combines grit, curiosity, strong messaging, and disciplined execution.
