Job Description

As the Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to qualify and manage sales leads. You will identify customer needs and leverage your detailed product knowledge to position multi-vendor solutions that match customer needs. Having identified next steps, you will work with internal and external resources to progress the opportunity through the sales cycle. You will keep all stakeholders informed with clear communication, reports and analysis. Building relationships with end users, resellers and vendors will be vital to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage end customer and partner leads in Wavelink CRM
  • Contact leads, qualify using BANT methodology
  • Uncover opportunities to position Wavelink's solutions.
  • Provide initial solution overview to customer
  • Collaborate with Technical, Sales, vendor and partner team members on sales opportunities
