Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)

Schedule: US Business Hours (CST) | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Role Type: Independent Contractor

Rate: Approximately ₱470 per hour + performance-based quarterly bonus

What you’ll do

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Conduct market and prospect research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Perform outreach to target customers via email and phone.
  • Coordinate and triage inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Support proposal creation, quoting, and lead follow-ups.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities in Pipedrive CRM.
