Bilingual Business Development Representative (French required) – Telematics | Remote (GTA-based)

Base pay range: CA$55,000 – CA$60,000 per annum.

OTE: $100K+.

This fast-growing SaaS company in the telematics and fleet technology Kaduna is hiring a Bilingual (French/English) Business Development Manager to expand its footprint in Québec, one of the company’s most underdeveloped and high-potential markets.

Location: Remote (GTA-based) with occasional travel to Québec (~20%).

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and consultative, solution-based proposals in French and English.
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Manage and forecast pipeline activity using CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and in-market client meetings (~20% travel).

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in both French and English (required).
  • 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (tech, SaaS, telecom, fleet, etc.).
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of closing new business.
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Polished communicator with high emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Growth-oriented, outcome-driven, and resilient under pressure.
