Job Overview:



  •   We are seeking motivated a Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our dynamic sales team.

  • In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in connecting dental practices with the solutions they need to thrive.
  • This is a full time, non-exempt position.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Qualify inbound marketing leads to identify sales opportunities.

  • Respond to inbound inquiries (calls and online chat) from potential clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and new prospective accounts to educate, qualify, and generate interest in eAssist services.
  • Schedule appointments/consultations for Sales Executives to provide personalized consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
