About the Role
We've built a powerful outbound engine that's winning across global markets, and our early bets in the US are already paying off. Now, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (2–4 years of experience) to turn that momentum into a predictable, enterprise-grade growth engine.
The US is a critical market for Facilio — it's where the largest enterprise real estate portfolios sit, buying cycles are complex, and execution quality directly impacts deal size and velocity.

What You'll Own
- Own outbound prospecting for the US market, focused on large enterprise real estate owners and operators
- Identify and prioritize the right accounts using defined ICPs and account-level research
- Execute thoughtful, relevant outreach to senior stakeholders (large property owners & operators)
- Generate high-quality meetings that convert into real sales opportunities
- Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion quality
- Apply proven outbound approaches and help drive consistency and discipline in execution
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM and sales tools
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2–4 years of proven success working in US SaaS markets
- Understanding of long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers with clarity and confidence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A quota-crushing mindset with a passion for cold calling and email personalization
- Resilience to rejection and the ability to stay motivated (US lead gen demands it!)
