Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll identify and nurture new B2B opportunities, focusing on reservations, SMBs, and key sectors. This role combines outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and sales support to grow our client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking (minimum 40 calls/week).
  • Build relationships with Manitoba businesses and First Nations communities.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule consultations/quotes for sales team.
  • Track leads and activities in CRM.
