Job Description

Outpost is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Your efforts will directly contribute to the continued success and expansion of Outpost.

Day-to-day

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the SME sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, goals, and projections to senior management.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand business connections.
  • Work closely with marketing to align business development strategies with marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the BPO or service industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
