Salary: €95, OTE (50/50 base & commission)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Account Executive who’s ready to make a real impact — on prospects, on business growth, and on their own career trajectory.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be a trusted product expert focused on closing deals the right way — with the right customers — and setting them up for long-term success. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to demo and close, often juggling multiple opportunities at once.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Build and expand the client base across Spanish-speaking EU markets.
  • Actively manage your sales pipeline and develop long-term success strategies.
  • Collaborate with peers to drive collective success and team achievement.
  • Demonstrate accountability, effort, and excellence in every interaction.
  • Mentor and guide new Account Executives, helping them reach their potential.
  • Who You Are

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • 1+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding targets in SaaS, Tech, or MarTech sales.
  • Experience in BDR/ SDR roles
  • Skilled at selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing leaders.
  • Knowledgeable about the Ecommerce, Retail, and Brand sectors.
  • Experienced in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident and creative in outbound sales, using proven techniques to engage and convert prospects..
