DEQA Design Collaborative is looking for a Business Development & Sales Associate to help us connect people, create purposeful spaces, and drive impactful projects. You will play a key role in turning meaningful conversations into projects that shape better spaces and stronger relationships.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the full sales funnel from inquiry to project conversion ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience
- Follow up with warm leads and referrals, customizing solutions that fit client goals and DEQA's values
- Identify new opportunities through outreach, site visits, and networking within our target markets
- Prepare proposals, costings, pitch presentations, and marketing strategies in collaboration with our Design and BD Teams and collaborators
