Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for CRDMO services across research, development, and manufacturing. The role requires strong scientific understanding, consultative selling skills, and close collaboration with technical, project management, and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with biotech and pharmaceutical clients
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with company growth goals
