Identify and pursue new client opportunities across eCommerce sectors

Develop pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners

Track pipeline progress and report on sales metrics

Oversee onboarding and project delivery for new clients

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, operations, or account management (preferably in eCommerce or digital consulting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with a bias for action and problem-solving
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, project management platforms, and spreadsheets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit
  • Eligible to work in Malaysia
