Business Development Senior Executive / Executive

  • Identify and evaluate strategic locations for new mini market outlets in line with expansion plans.
  • Conduct site feasibility studies including demographic analysis, footfall assessment, competitor mapping, and ROI analysis.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and site proposals for management approval.
  • Liaise and negotiate with landlords, agents, and developers on leases, renewals, and commercial terms.
  • Manage tenancy renewals and coordinate lease documentation with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure site readiness and successful outlet openings.
  • Monitor post-opening outlet performance and refine site selection criteria.
  • Track market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to support growth strategy.
  • Maintain accurate tenancy and rental data using the Property Management System.
