Business Development Senior Executive / Executive
- Identify and evaluate strategic locations for new mini market outlets in line with expansion plans.
- Conduct site feasibility studies including demographic analysis, footfall assessment, competitor mapping, and ROI analysis.
- Prepare sales forecasts and site proposals for management approval.
- Liaise and negotiate with landlords, agents, and developers on leases, renewals, and commercial terms.
- Manage tenancy renewals and coordinate lease documentation with Legal and Finance teams.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure site readiness and successful outlet openings.
- Monitor post-opening outlet performance and refine site selection criteria.
- Track market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to support growth strategy.
- Maintain accurate tenancy and rental data using the Property Management System.
