Business Development - SMB
This is a business development role that focuses on serving vertical industries and integrators.
Ideal candidates would be those who have experience in understanding and addressing the specific needs and challenges of this specific market.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and onboard new SMB clients, including competitor clients, to expand the business portfolio.
- Nurture existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and ensure high satisfaction.
- Support customer’s relationship during pre and post sales phases with key account team
- Maintain structured follow-ups and track engagement metrics.
