Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in existing and potential markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and deliver customized business proposals, presentations, and pricing offers.
  • Follow up and manage the business opportunity pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to assess market trends and competition.
  • Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences to expand professional networks.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, analyze results, and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development in the field of Construction and Building Materials.
  • Very good command of English Language.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively analyze markets and identify business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
