JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Scout and shortlist strategic locations for EV charger installations based on traffic flow, proximity to high EV usage areas, and power infrastructure availability.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for shortlisted sites.
- Initiate and manage communications with property owners, commercial complexes, mall operators, restaurants, fuel stations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate lease/rental agreements, revenue-sharing models, or commission-based arrangements and share proposal with management.
- Draft MoUs / agreement and ensure legal due diligence and documentation for site acquisition.
