About our team:
The iWAREHOUSE Inside Sales team partners with the iWAREHOUSE Regional Sales Managers and the local Solutions & Support Center’s (S&SCs) sales force to sell Technology to Core customer sites. Additionally, the team partners with S&SCs to support SCMNA and with RAMI teams to support National Accounts in the sale of technology products.
About the position:
The Business Development Specialist works with dealers and/or customers providing information, coordination, and processing of complex orders, tracking and delivery activities. This role may assist with resolving customer related issues or providing solutions.
Responds to routine or non-routine dealer, national account and/or customer calls/visits or written inquiries that are associated with the sales of technology products or services. Develops and maintains rapport with customers and/or dealers and works to give them the best possible service. Processes orders, projects, and or events, including unique, high-volume orders, associated with technology product or service. Works with customers to evaluate needs and uses guidelines to explain and promote technology product/service features and alternatives that match dealer/customer needs. May work on and support special administrative projects/accounts that enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Interfaces with internal and/or external customers in situations that often require high degrees of tact. Directs more difficult requests to appropriate individuals. Maintains database and/or records, files, correspondence, etc., with appropriate supporting material. Updates information as necessary. Provides support and advice to lower level, non-exempt employees. Regular and dependable on-time attendance at the employee’s worksite is an essential function of the position. Works under regular supervision from manager and/or more experienced staff. Follows specific procedures, policies and/or guidelines for decisions. Makes recommendations for changes to procedures/policies/guidelines as appropriate. About you:
Associate’s degree in business administration, analytics, marketing or related field required. 6 to 8 or years in customer service, sales or marketing is required. Knowledge of principles, practices and procedures related to business and sales. It would be great if you had:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics, marketing or related field. Experience in data analytics including SQL and/or Microsoft Excel formulas. Experience in the manufacturing/material handling industry. About the total compensation package:
Salary - $58,000 - $70,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.

Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. 6-8 years of experience in customer service/sales/marketing or related field.
