About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for market research, lead generation, analyzing data, effective communication with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Assist Sales Manager with developing sales and action plans, develop new business leads; prepare and service customer accounts.
  • Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers.
  • Perform competitive analysis, market research and product assessment.
  • Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance and sales trends.
