About The Role :
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our Background Verification (BGV) business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys enterprise conversations, understands B2B sales cycles, and wants to build long-term client relationships in HR, BFSI, and compliance-heavy industries.
You'll work closely with founders, sales leaders, and operations to convert leads into trusted enterprise customers.
Key Responsibility :
- Identify and generate B2B leads (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Operations)
- Pitch Background Verification (BGV) solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients
- Understand client hiring workflows and recommend relevant verification packages
