Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing industry
  • Generate leads and expand client base (OEM / industrial clients)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Prepare quotations and business proposals
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet customer requirements
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Meet assigned sales targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in business development or sales in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial products is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS Office
